We deliver our products to addresses throughout the UK and selected other countries Worldwide. Delivery fees are stated at checkout depending on your final shipping address.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery when you complete your order. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods if the incorrect address is specified for delivery. We offer a range of delivery options and aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery at checkout but delivery times are not guaranteed and cannot accept liability for goods that arrive late.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.
If you fail to take delivery at the agreed time when we or our courier try to deliver you will be left a calling card and/or sent an email/SMS with instructions on how to re-book your delivery. If you fail to re-book the delivery goods may be returned to us by the courier. Any goods returned to us will be subject to a £15 (inc VAT) fee per box for return delivery charges and this cost will be deducted from any refund for the goods or paid by you before we will dispatch the goods for delivery again.
If a product is damaged in transit or incorrect items received
If a product is damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible. If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery by the courier please sign for the goods as damaged.
Please contact us by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return/replacement, we will then arrange for a return and refund (including delivery costs) or replacement at no cost to you.
If a product is faulty – within 30 days
If a product is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange return. We will guide you through the returns process and upon receipt of the goods we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If a product develops a fault after 30 days
We guarantee goods for 12 months from the date of purchase (this guarntee excludes products which have been damaged through use). Please contact us to arrange a return, once we receive the item we will test the product and repair or replace the item, subject to a fault being found.
If the product is returned to us as faulty but found to be working correctly we will return the product to you.
If the product is returned to us and the product has been damaged through use we will return the product to you. In both of these cases we will mkae an additional charge to re-deliver the product to you.
If you change your mind or products are no longer needed
If you change your mind or the products are no longer needed, you should notify us within 30 days of the goods being delivered. You will be responsible for returning the product to us at your expense. We also reserve the right to deduct our original postage costs from your refund (this includes orders that have ‘free’ delivery).
If you have purchased products based on our wholesale pricing for buying multiples of a product and you return less than the number originally purchased, we will adjust the amount of your refund to the price you would have paid for the number you chose to keep.
Up on receipt of the returned goods in an unused, re-saleable condition (including original packaging), we will provide a refund to the original payment method within 30 days.
Please note if you are purchasing for a business, school or to re-sell at an event, you still have 30 days to return your goods if unwanted, however you must return the full quantity of products purchased, unless you have agreed a sale or return deal with us before ordering.
General Terms and Conditions
Availability of stock
Whilst we do our best to keep stock levels correct on our website sometimes errors may occur. When this occurs we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative product or refund.
You are able to correct any errors on your order up to the point on which you enter your payment details and click on “make payment” or “submit” during the ordering process. We will send an e-mail confirmation of the details of your order to the e-mail address you give us. If any of the details appear incorrect on your order, please get in touch with us via our contact form or phone immediately to correct them.
We will charge your credit/debit card or PayPal account for full payment when you place your order. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we may cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. If payment is via BACS then your order will only be accepted once cleared funds are received into our bank account.
Accuracy of content
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as displayed on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.

If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Damage to your computer
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and to take reasonable steps to protect your computer from viruses, malicious software and other threats. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
