How can I place an order?
To order with us simply add the desired products to the cart and complete the checkout process through our website. If you have any order queries or require further information you can get in touch via our contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Glowtopia accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit and American Express). We also accept Paypal and direct bank transfer payments, all these are available to select at checkout.

Do prices include VAT?
All our pricing includes VAT and we will provide a VAT invoice with all orders as a paper copy in the package and via email when your order is dispatched.
Can you provide a proforma invoice?
If you would prefer a proforma invoice to be paid via Bank Transfer please place your order as normal. On the checkout page please select “Direct Bank Transfer/BACS” as the payment option and complete the order, you will then automatically be provided with a proforma invoice via email.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders from all government/public bodies, schools and large private organisations. For first time orders the delivery address must be an official address registered to the organisation. To submit your purchase order please email them to sales@glowtopia.co.uk.
Do you provide goods on a sale or return basis?
We only offer sale or return by prior written arrangement. In all cases of sale or return goods must be paid for up front and we will then issue a refund on return of the goods. Goods are returned at the cost of the customer and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All goods being returned must be in their original outer packaging and in a fully saleable condition. Goods being returned must be received by us within 30 days of the date they were delivered to you. Please get in touch with us to enquire about sale or return on goods.

Can I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied or have changed your mind with your order we are happy to accept any returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply get in touch via our contact page and we will gladly assist you. N.B. shipping costs are only refunded if returning due to a fault on our behalf.
Are glowsticks safe?
We only sell high quality, safe products for your peace of mind and safety, which meet all required UK standards. All our products carry the CE mark and also conform to the British EN71 standard. Individual product safety guidance can be found on the product packaging or product information pages, this includes a recommended minimum age guide.
How long do glowsticks last?
Here at Glowtopia we pride ourselves on only selling the highest quality products. All of our glowsticks will glow brightly for over 12 hours (often up to days depending on conditions!) (with the exception of our 8″ bracelets and 22″ necklaces which glow for 8+ hours), allowing you plenty of time to have great fun. If ever you are unsatisfied with the performance of one of our products please get in touch with us.
How do glowsticks work?
The glow is produced when two chemicals mix together. Glowsticks are composed of a plastic outer container and an inner brittle tube, each containing a different chemical. To mix the chemicals and activate the glow simply bend the outer plastic tube and shake. Even though glowsticks can be any colour, the chemicals inside are the same, different dyes are used to produce varying colours.
Are glowsticks waterproof?
Yes, our glowsticks are waterproof! This makes them great for outdoor events, swimming and even for scuba diving!
What is the best way to store my glowsticks?
Our products are of the highest possible quality, this means they have an exceptional shelf life of two years. It is best to store glowsticks away from direct sunlight in their original packaging. You should also avoid exposing glowsticks to high temperatures as this can cause irreversible damage to the product. All products should be used within around 2 years of delivery, after this you may experience degraded performance.
